Under Florida Law, a home based business can not fill orders based upon the usual “Cart and Payment” system. So, we use a more personal method.

To place an order, please send an email to CookieCounsel@gmail.com with the necessary information (for large orders an excel spreadsheet is helpful) or call Dawn at (239)849-4752.

The information necessary to place an order is:

1. Product
2. Recipient’s Name
3. Recipient’s full address. This needs to be a physical address to allow for hand delivery
4. Recipient’s telephone number.
5. Name of Purchaser.
6. Purchaser’s address and contact information.

Delivery

Hand delivery is typically scheduled during the first 2 weeks of December. Delivery is possible from Tampa to Naples, along the west coast of Florida.

The product price includes the cost of hand delivery and any tax due, with one exception. Deliveries to Gasparilla Island will incur an additional $10 charge.

In order to insure availability of products to meet your Holiday gift giving needs, it is recommended that orders be placed by October 1st.

All the delicious edibles are hand made to order during the months of October and November. While spreading cookie cheer is always a joy, filling orders received after October 1st may not be possible due to quantities of stock available.

Payment

Payment is required prior to delivery or as otherwise verbally agreed. Means of payment include cash, a business check, or an agreed upon digital payment method.
